The Plank exercise will improve your strength and endurance within a month. It is slow progression, but you will achieve incredible results. You must finish the challenge in 4 weeks and you have to learn the correct plank position.

Place your elbows under your shoulder, so as the weight can be distributed properly. Keep your spine straight to avoid unnecessary pressure.  Tighten your core.   Spread your legs a little bit, and make sure you don’t put any pressure on the hip too.
