Ingredients (use organic ingredients where available):
- 4 apples
- 2 pints of cream, divided
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Apple Pie Spice
- coconut flakes for garnish
Core, skin, and bake apples until soft.
Combine cooked apples with one pint of cream, honey, and Frontier Apple Pie Spice. Whip.
In a separate bowl, whip another pint of cream. Fold together.
Place in dessert dishes, and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
As prepared, each serving contains 160 calories, 12g total fat, 40mg cholesterol, 25mg sodium, 12g total carbohydrate and 2g protein.
