Still, her favorite activity is the fun hula hoop twirling. „I have Hoopnotica hula hoop. I use it every day because it has strengthened my hands and back, and reduced my waist for 5cm. “-Kelly reveals.
How does Kelly get motivated?
She says that she would always be considered as„former fat person“. The support for slim figure she gets mostly from her family and closest friends.
At the begging was so hard for her to enter the fitness centre and to increase the activity. „I felt miserable. To enter in the gym when you hate the way you look is really hard, so I had to make it fun. I started to wear cute clothes and to put some makeup, As much as it sounds superficially, it really helped me to stop hate my appearance “- she reveals.
Kelly also admits that she doesn’t compare with other celebrities, nor she practiced daily companionship with scale to measure her weight.
„It is ok to have a small, sane dose of envy, to take someone’s cue from and to set goals, but you have to realize that you are never going to look exactly as that person. – If you like what you see in the mirror, then what’s the point of getting on the scale? “-says she.
