HOW TO PREPARE TURMERIC PAIN RELIEF TEA
Most of us treat our headaches, backaches and other body pains with medications, based on ibuprofen (Motrin, Nurofen, Advil & Nuprin).
Ibuprofen is known to stop any kind of pain instantly but it does not solve the long-term problems inside the body.
By consuming an excessive amount of this pills, you might experience certain side-effects like hypertension (high blood pressure), erection dysfunction, diarrhea/nausea, gastrointestinal bleeding, increased risk of heart attack, potential kidney cancer etc.
Fortunately, the Nature was graceful enough to provide us with a solution for it all- turmeric.
While ibuprofen and similar NSAIDs inhibit the Cyclooxygenase 2 or COX – 2 enzyme, and could cause further inflammation, turmeric functions very mildly yet it brings results.
Turmeric is filled with an extremely powerful component, known as curcumin, which is a true magic for your wellbeing. Turmeric tea falls in to the healthiest, most ancient and most effective natural treatments for getting rid of irritation and pain.
Turmeric tea is not recommended if you are breast feeding or pregnant.
Turmeric heals the aching joints and muscles and relaxes your body at the same time. Today’s recipe focuses on how to make your own turmeric tea at home. You can include other substances, such as ginger, to improve the effects.
Turmeric Tea Recipe
