  • High percentage Cocoa Chocolate 2 times a week (over 70% cocoa)

Not allowed:

  • Sugar, juices, soda, pastries, cakes, ice cream, muesli and artificial sweeteners
  • Cereals and starch ( bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, chips, cereals)
  • Margarine and refined oils
  • Alcohol, especially beer

Monday

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 small sour milk or half kilo of yoghurt
Dinner: 2 tomatoes or tomato sauce, 2 boiled eggs, half lettuce (smaller) or one cucumber and 2 rusks.
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 orange or pear or watermelon (a piece), but not banana, 2 pieces of rusk, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, small sour milk, 2 pieces of rusk
Dinner: 125 gr. of boiled beef, tomato, rusk and a cup of tea (thyme)
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 orange or pear or watermelon (a piece), but not banana, 2 rusk, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 small sour milk, and salad
Dinner: 125 gr of minced meat (fried), an orange, a cup of tea (mint)
Thursday
Breakfast: 1 orange or pear or watermelon (a piece), but not banana, 2 rusk, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar
Lunch: 125 gr. of fresh cow’s cheese with less fat and mozzarella, tomato, rusk
Dinner:  125 gr. of minced meat, 2 tomatoes or tomato paste, apple, rusk
 
Friday
Breakfast: orange or pear or watermelon (a piece), but not banana, 2 rusk, a cup of coffee or tea with no sugar
Lunch: 200gr. of cooked meat or fish, tomato and rusk
Dinner: 500gr. of cooked carrots or peas, egg and tomato
Weekend:
Eat normally, but moderately
Monday menu for weight maintenance
When you reach the desired weight, eat the following each Monday:
Breakfast:  Free sugar lemonade (or with sweetener)
Lunch: orange, egg, rusk, tomato (or apple)
Dinner: rusk, tomato and egg

 

 

Additional tips:

  • Add home dry spice on meat and cooked vegetable
  • don’t drink alcohol during diet
  • you can eat the groceries either cold or warm, but it is important to eat according the accurately determined timetable
  • The first five days you will lose 2, 5-5 pounds. After 5 days, take a break of at least 2 days and eat normally but still moderately, and after 2 days repeat the diet and so on up to 3 times, i.e. 3 weeks.
  • In 15 days you can lose 15 pounds that and you won’t gain them again, if afterwards eat more moderately and you eat according the menu of body weight maintenance each Monday.
