These antioxidants protect our arteries, prostate glands, reduce the inflammation and increase the sensations of well-being. The same can be found in green tea and certain types of berries.

Rules for proper usage of chocolate

Considerably, there are some rules that should be followed in order to chose the right chocolate for you. Here are some rules that can make your feeling of guilt go away:

Rule No.1 The darker chocolate, the richer the taste. Search for a brand that provides at least 70% cocoa. Most people considered that brands that contain 85% cocoa are too biter to eat.

Rule No.2 Read the content of the chocolate carefully! Especially pay attention on the ingredients such as fructose syrup and hydrogenised fats. These ingredients reduce the health benefits from the chocolate.

Rule No.3 Do not eat a chocolate combined with milk. Drinking a whole glass of milk during eating a chocolate is enough to block the absorption of all antioxidants. Inhibition happens due to great content of fats in milk.

Rule No.4 Consume small amounts of chocolate. The daily portion of chocolates shall amounts for about 15-30 gr. of chocolate.

Rule No.5 Be more physically active. If you allow bigger portion or 2 portions of chocolate snacks during the day, it is necessary to do training.
