Formula No. 1
- 1 glass of garlic clove juice
- 1 glass of fresh lemon juice
- 1 glass of apple cider vinegar
- 1 glass of ginger juice
Way of preparation:
Pour all the ingredients in a container and bring them to boil for approximately 30 minutes. When done, allow mixture to cool off and add 3 cups of organic and natural honey. Blend well until everything is well combined, store the perfect solution in a glass jar and retain in the fridge.
Take one tablespoon of the solution every day, on an empty stomach, before breakfast.
Formula No. 2
- 6 lemons
- 30 garlic clove cloves
Way of preparation:
Peel and slice the lemon and the garlic clove. Put them in a blender and mix them together with water. After that, put the perfect solution into a container, add 2 liters of water and bring them to boil. Mix well and once it starts boiling, cook it gently for five minutes more. At the end, trasnfer the solution in a glass jar and store it in the refrigerator.
Consume the solution for three weeks, make a pause of 1 week and then continue to consume it for three weeks more (6 weeks altogether). Take 50 ml of it every day.
This solution can be consumed two times a year.
