A young woman, who had more than 150 kg, and become even more obese during her pregnancy as a result of uncontrollable eating succeeded to lose 89 kilograms by changing only one thing in her diet. Thirty doctors warned her to stop eating so much, otherwise she will have only one year to live.
This was a key moment for her to decide making some lifestyle changes in order to stay alive. She eliminated all that junk food from her diet and start eating only healthy food. Within 18 months she succeeded to lose 89 kg by eliminating food high in sugar and carbohydrates such as mild cake.
